Yes. Under ESSA, nonpublic and faith-based schools serving eligible students may participate in Title programs through equitable services. Title I is a federal program that provides extra support to students who need help meeting academic standards. If your child's school receives Title I funding, your child may be eligible for free supplemental tutoring, reading support, math support, and other academic programs. Ask your school's principal to find out.
AAIC offers a wide range of programs including reading and math tutoring (Supplemental Instruction & Intervention), Academic Coaching, Fine Arts programs including music and visual arts, ESL support for English learners, Technology and STEAM programs, Summer Support Programs, and Family Engagement events and workshops.
AAIC programs at your child's school are provided at no cost to families. Services are funded through federal Title programs and school partnerships. Speak with your school's principal to find out which AAIC programs are available at your school.
AAIC's Supplemental Instruction and Intervention program provides additional small-group or one-on-one tutoring in reading and math during the school day. Students work with trained AAIC instructors who use evidence-based approaches to help close learning gaps.
AAIC's ESL and Multilingual Support program provides English language instruction for students who are learning English. Our instructors use culturally responsive approaches that honor your child's home language while building English proficiency. We also provide family resources in multiple languages.
You can stay involved by attending AAIC-facilitated family events and workshops at your child's school, asking your child's AAIC instructor for a progress update, and attending school performances and events where AAIC students showcase their work.
AAIC tracks each student's progress using assessment data, attendance records, and teacher input. Schools receive regular progress reports. You can request an update from your child's school principal or AAIC instructor at any time.
Yes. AAIC's Summer Support Programs provide structured academic instruction, enrichment activities, and a positive learning environment during the summer months — designed to prevent learning loss and give students a strong start for the next school year.
